GDPR Information Clause

In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), we inform you that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data (as a representative of a business client or end-user) is Data will be made available after the subscription is activated
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement for the provision of electronic services (based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  3. The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal regulations and processing entities entrusted with data processing by the Controller (e.g., accounting office, IT support).
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the agreement, and after its termination for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (generally 5 years from the end of the calendar year).
  5. You have the right to request from the Controller access to personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  7. Providing personal data is a condition for concluding the agreement. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to provide the service.
