This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of PrivatAI services.

2. Purposes and Bases of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Conclusion and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Data necessary to issue a proforma/VAT invoice (Company name, Tax ID, Address) and data necessary to create a user account and provide access to the service (e-mail address).
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Primarily tax and accounting obligations (storing invoices).
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Pursuing potential claims, ensuring service security, handling contact inquiries.

3. Data Recipients

Your data may be transferred only to entities that support us in running our business, e.g., an accounting office (for tax settlements) or a hosting provider (Cloudflare) strictly for the technical maintenance of the website.

4. Retention Period

Data related to the performance of the contract and invoicing will be stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the invoice was issued (tax ordinance requirement). User account data - for the duration of the contract.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6. Cookies

The Service uses only necessary technical cookies (e.g., session cookies used for logging in, maintaining user sessions, and ensuring security via Cloudflare). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
